3.5 hours onsite interview with 2 members in Austin and 3 members in California. Throughout the interview I was asked to provide examples and was interrupted as I was providing my examples. It seemed evident that they were not asking the questions in a way that would elicit the response they were looking for and it was disruptive to not be allowed to answer the question I was asked. I was notified via automated email that I was not selected which felt very unprofessional considering I was a finalist candidate and stayed onsite for that length of time.
