Received an email asking if I would like to come in for an interview. Met with two members of the client services department. They were both extremely friendly, and the the interview had more of a laid-back tone.

Interview was fairly simple, not too in-depth. The team really just wants to get to know you as a person and see if you'd be a good fit for the company culture.
