The hiring process is very long. I applied online and my resume was accepted and I was asked to come in to take an in person assessment. I didn't think I got the job because after my assessment I never heard back regarding my results. About 2 months or so after my assessment I got a call setting up a date for my interview for next week. 2 days after my interview I got a phone call offering me a job. Kind of annoying because if you don't make it past the initial application process or appitude assessments I don't believe they will inform you of that.
