Applied in October, got a call+email from HR to set up a phone screen in March for a different position than what I had originally applied to. Phone screen was with two engineers. Mostly asked about things on my resume; talked a lot about projects and extracurriculars. Overall, enjoyed the process; felt pretty laid-back and conversational.
