Applied online in June and got invited to complete an online video interview in July. Video interview consists of pre recorded questions and then you have to record your answer. Then I waited until October to hear I had been successful and inviting me to an assessment day which I had a choice of dates. The day itself was great fun, the recruitment team are lovely and it ran smoothly.
Fun process, got through to an assessment day my first time applying, but didn’t get an AD my second time applying - the assessment day was so much fun, gutted I didn’t get it.

They were so kind and sweet. Group activity then one to one. They make you feel comfortable and not nervous. There were a lot of people who applied and only four people got chosen.

I have never managed to pass the online assessment I have done this 4 times now I choose all the answers that would go above and beyond for a customer whilst also keeping other customers in mind, ive took a different approach each time and I never seem to get good scores, the video interview is also very difficult with only a couple of minutes to prepare it is very rushed which I understand is to put you under pressure but they ask for many aspects of the question to be answered which dosent help, ive also been previous cabin crew (short haul) so I have experience but can never pass virgins online assessment, I dont know where I'm going wrong
