Sit down interview with senior management. Asked questions about my past work experience and lifeguard related incidents. The interview lasted around 20 minutes. I then had a tour of the facilities.

Phone call to confirm a formal interview. Interview then at the venue with a senior member of staff. Straightforward questions in a relaxed setting about myself and my experience. Felt at ease during the interview. No hard questions.

informal conversation but could vary on the person as I had already been going to the gym their for over a year so kind of knew the manager- interview was so relaxed and just needed me to cover extra lifeguarding hours
