The interview was extremely unstructured and they asked very closed ended questions. They clearly didn't have their questions written down, which demonstrated their unpreparedness. I had 3 interviews and they completely cut off communication and didn't respond to my follow-up e-mail. I think this was based on my response to their salary inquiry. In which I used the Toronto average income for an HR Assistant. I was flexible and said that I would like to reach this figure upon proving my qualifications. They said that "this figure is at our higher end, maybe after a year we can discuss that"
