panel interview with all faculty and staff members in the department. casual but targeted questions related to previous experience and also future job responsibilities. wasn't too bad but would still prepare.
I was asked 2-3 questions about my goals for the program, what I expected from the role, what did I want to learn from my supervisor, walk through resume, how did I choose Villanova
