Entrevista
One in-person interview with high level manager. Fairly informal. Recruiter advised me to dress less formally than I would usually dress for an interview, and he was right. The culture of this company is based around the workers, and you will really clash if you look too buttoned up. For men, I would suggest jeans with a nice shirt and jacket. No tie. For women, avoid heels. It's an industrial site, so try boots or flats.
The interviewing manager was friendly and conversational, explained what they did at the company and what they were looking for in a new hire. Then they asked me questions, pretty normal interview stuff: computer skills, my expectations, salary discussion.
Tip: Don't be shy about negotiating salary. This company seems to have more wiggle room then they admit when it comes to employee compensation for administrative positions. I know of a couple people who played hardball and ended up getting the number they wanted.

What are you computer skills? Are you familiar with Excel?
Fine and average, someone from HR will call and ask basic questions about job performance, how you handle multiple priorities, and tell them a bit about how your experience matches what was posted for the job you’re applying for.
