Large group orientation style interview, then broken down into smaller groups and eventually one on one. It was quite clear they were looking for educated, intelligent people and were not there to waste anyones time. Which i appreciated,

Simple process. Typical interview questions. Walked me around to meet a few of the productions supervisors. Drug test, career readiness exam, background check.
Had a large, multi person interview day established.
