Just had a phone interview. Recruiter was a bit awkward. She asked very vague questions looking for a very specific answer and became frustrated when she didn't get it. Said best part of working there was working with smart people.... Was going to decline any interview offer due to culture fit but thankfully was not moved along in the process.
