I applied for the position via LinkedIn and received a phone screening with a recruiter and interviewed with the Director. The interview process was overall positive and I received great feedback from my interviewer even though I didn’t get the position. I appreciated that they were prompt in letting me know that they ended up going with another candidate a day or two before my scheduled final round of interviews and well as their reasoning to save us both time and it was a pleasant experience to have it resolved that way.
