I had one initial interview with a recruiter that was pretty straight forward and conversational. Next round was with another recruiter and their newly hired recruiting coordinator. It was over video interview, but the recruiter didn't have her camera on and the coordinator and myself did. The recruiter asked me a lot of questions about my experience that made no sense considering I have 3 years of experience doing this literal role. At one point she clearly left the interview all together and was doing something else because the coordinator asked her a question and she just didn't answer and was clearly not on the call for a while. Then she came back and acted like nothing happened. Very bizarre and made me not want to move forward regardless.
