I did a phone interview with recruiter followed by video interview with a principal product designer and the VP of product & design. After the first phone call with the recruiter, I provided times I was available for the next interview but didn't hear back from him for a few days so I assumed I didn't get it. A few days later he notifies me that my interview was going to be the next day. I didn't like how it was communicated on such short notice, it was very difficult to take time off work last minute in order to do interview. On top of that, no one communicated how I was going to do the video interview, despite asking multiple times. It wasn't till after the interview was supposed to start that someone finally emailed me a link to the meeting. I felt like their lack of communication put me in a bad position at the start of the video interview. And after the video interview, I never heard back from anyone.
