Group interviews in the stock room. It was hard to do for me because I hate interrupting people, and sometimes it felt like if you didn't interrupt other girls you would be looked over. I was almost looked over but I made a follow up phone call to make sure I was hired.

First there was a screening call and then went into the shop where they held a group interview, they went round asking everyone a different question and then set us a group task and an individual task.

Individual task: they asked us to take an item from the bag and try to sell it. The items were office equipment (stapler, post it notes etc)
It was a group interview with 8 other prospecting applicants with questions focused on how to engage the customer and provide them a victoria secret experience and focus on those who gave history in sales / retail
