There are a total of three interviews one with the store you'll be working at one with District Manager then the last one is normally with the loss prevention Manager or an elevated Manager with in the District. The questions were mainly scenarios example tell me about a time when you had to resolve an issue between workers? What would your previous employer say is your biggest opportumity and why?
Very professional. Set of questions to select from. Very organized and it was nice to have a retail interview start on time! Really took the time to explain the position and give a copy of the position requirements. Warm and friendly. Truly showed passion for the company.

Entrevista
Submitted a resume and application for the store manager position of a newly opening store. Received a call almost two months later for an interview with the regional manager flying in to conduct interviews. When arrived at the interview, I am introduced to the regional manager and the newly hired store manager who had already been hired via Skype. After introductions, I am asked to talk about myself and nothing about work experience since that would come afterwards. Then I am asked to describe my work experiences from the last few years. During the interview, the store manager that is supposed to be assisting in finding the remaining management members, is staring off at the ceiling and anything else in the room. She was extremely unprofessional in not giving the attention to me, which I highly disliked. The regional manager and I worked for the same company at one time, so I was discussing my experience with that company and explaining how in depth I had become in the new processes introduced to stores, and whenever I would turn to the manager to include her in the questions, she was looking at something else. (Coming from a store manager position with years of experience, even if I didn't like a candidate, I would still give them my attention out of courtesy. At the worst, I would act like I am taking notes in order to still seem engaged.) After the main questions, I asked what I was being interviewed for since the manager position had already been filled. Then the interview was over. Felt very rushed, even though I was the first interviewer of the day. They also said they were in a time crunch to hire due to the store opening the next month, and the only person hired so far was the store manager.
