Two people interview for about 40 minutes. A senior manager and another fundraiser alternated questions. They both seemed very nice. The office was a little messy, but seemed like a friendly place to work. They asked a lot of fundraising related questions and I think they were looking for someone with more direct experience. I wasn't sure of the pay scale as I wasn't told before the interview, but I've heard through friends that a coordinator will start around 35,000.
