Had rounds of interview. The interviewer was cooperative in answering all my questions. Started with HR reaching out and then followed by Sales Directors and Vice President interviewing one after other. The last round was of video calls.

I was scheduled to meet with the Regional Sales Manager for coffee early one morning and they said they never told about the interview. We rescheduled for the next week. I was told by both the Regional Sales Manager and the internal recruiter that I would get a 2nd interview. I heard nothing for over three weeks from either the RSM or the recruiter despite reaching out to both. Finally, sent an email thanking them both for the opportunity to interview and that I was assuming I would not be moving forward and received a response 5 minutes later confirming that. Takes minimal effort to follow up with candidates you interview.
