I was required to complete a phone screen and in person interview. The phone screen was completed by the recruiter, asking basic questions to get to know the candidate. The in-person interview asked for a writing sample and went into more job-specific detail.

First the HR manger called me and went over my resume. Then I was called back about 2 weeks later for an interview with the floor manger. Finally I was called to do a plant tour. In the end the chose a different candidate. There were no technical questions everyone was friendly . Really bummed I didn't get the job.
