As the review below stated, the interview process involved emailing answers to a 3-hour case study. Questions were fairly straightforward, but after completing the case study I was told my previous work experience wasn't what they were looking for. This leads me to believe their default response to people submitting online applications is just to send them a case study before reviewing their CV/ resume. I think this role has now been open/ re-posted for about 6 months now under various different names, so I'm not sure if Vial is actually serious about filling it. I also see below that unfortunately others have had this same experience.

Quick call with a recruiter that was unable to assess my qualifications then a 4 hour case study. I was rejected after the case study and received no feedback. Total waste of time.
