I have interviewed with VESTAS twice, the first stage with someone from HR an audio call and she speaks like she is reading the questions from somewhere no effort to connect and well there are certain things that would qualify you for the next interview stage so it's not based on how impressive your answer is , you can be disqualified based on your visa status and even if another candidate has a bla answer but the right requirement the candidate will advance automatically
