I didn't get an offer but, the first one is over the phone with HR and the second one is a video call with a senior salesforce. The phone call interview is asking more about yourself, your experience, what salary range you expect, and what you know about the position you are applying for. The video call is similar to a phone call with some behavioral questions. They also ask what you know about vestas so make sure to review the company profile and the description of the position you are applying for. Overall even though I didn't get an offer, the interviewer are kind and I have a good interview with them.
