1. Have a short call with HR for a vibe check 2. Recieve a take-home assignment of about 4 hours of work 3. Have a technical interview with the lead of the team 4. Have the final interview with the head of the department.

The interview process took around 1 month, it was divided in four interviews: 1. HR: to understand more about the company, the hiring process, share my current situation. 2. Hiring Manager: Meet the team manager and understand the team's goals and impact. Learn how the team is organized, how priorities are scheduled, a brief introduction to the current goals/projects, etc. 3. Senior Data Engineer: technical interview to share my technical knowledge, what I have done in my previous jobs, the current data warehouse architecture, the possible pain points that the team faces, (it would have been nice to have this interview 1h but unfortunately it lasted only 30 min) 4. Strategic Projects Manager: this interview (like the others) was also really nice, The Strategic Projects Manager is the person that reports to the CEO and the team reports to him, it was useful to understand the values of the company, why the team exists, how the company has evolved over time, the current challenges and the future of the company.
