I had an initial call where the hiring manager went over my resume. Then I had two phone screens (probably because I didn't do so well in the first one). Followed by a virtual on-site where I met and interviewed with 3 members of the team.

Signed an NDA. Questions were similar to these
How would you parse 9.2GBs of stack overflow questions and index them based on some feature?
Given a file split into multiple sections and distributed across multiple remote servers. How would you recover the file?
Apply though handshake and got one round of coding challenge after few days and you have to complete the code challenge within two hours and send it back. Got rejection few days later. Don't know why.

Pregunta 1
Change some code to make the program more efficient
Phone interview with HR, then a zoom meeting with the hiring manager, then a virtual "on-site" with a few employees. The people were all very nice and it ran smoothly.
