The process took about a month with 4 rounds. The first round was the HR screen, followed by interview with Hiring Manager, which went really well, followed by a technical assessment and a panel interview with Product Lead and team members. I was almost positive I would move forward to the last round at which point I go no feedback for a week followed by a very generic feedback of moving forward with other candidates. I asked for a detailed actionable feedback which I deserved after spending many hours prepping and meeting with 5 people in the organization. I still haven't heard back and I felt strongly that the Hiring Manager and Product Lead were not aligned on what they are looking for which led to a lot of time being wasted.
