The interview process included key team members from People Operations as well as upward and peer leaders who would be working most closely with this role. I thought it was great to get screened first for company fit before getting vetted by the Customer Care team leadership team. It really showed me how committed Versapay is to hiring the right personalities that embody their corporate values. Once through the People Operations interview, the subsequent conversations focused more on tactical and strategic questions related to this role.
