Fairly straightforward and standard interview process. -Initial 30 minute call with recruiter where they make sure you’re a good fit for the role. -30 minute zoom interview with RSM. -Flew out to Phoenix for final stage where I interviewed with 4 more RSMs and Sales director. Come prepared with multiple full sales cycle stories from Prospect to close and be prepared to discuss details. Additionally you will have to provide references that they will reach out too and you will have to go over sales quotas and attainment in previous roles with a data collector. Not nearly as intimidating as it sounds. Whole process took about 6 weeks and received an offer. You will have a recruiter that will guide through the interview process giving very clear instructions and guidance. Mine was extremely helpful and part of the reason I ended up accepting. Interviewed with the company they did a thorough process. Interviewed over zoom with the recruiter and a senior manager. Then interviewed with 4 managers in office. Seems to be a very grind hard culture with them being in office 5 days a week.
