The interviewer described the company and growth but quickly rushed me off the phone. At the beginning of the conversation, she stated she was in CA, and I was her last call of the day, but at the end of the conversation, she said that she had to go since she had to hop on another call. I told this recruiter that this role more than likely wouldn't be a good fit for me, but I still wanted to have the conversation since I have such an expansive network in the Tampa Bay, FL market. They won't disclose salary since it is "varied on a case by case basis," so I highly doubt this company is upfront about anything. They described a quota each recruiter would have to reach each month, so this is less of a "value-add" role and more of a "we just have to fill these seats" type of company. Be cautious and do your research.
