While meeting with the first team, I had a negative impression of nearly everyone I met with. The culture I have read about in media/online about misogyny and overt bro culture seemed accurate during conversations and beyond. Of course tech startups might all share similar shortcomings but here it was clear the dynamics of the team left much to be desired. My hesitations were confirmed by current employee who has put in her notice.

Tell me about a challenge you encountered and how you worked through it.
It was a great interview process, received from first round to find al (3rd round) under 3 weeks. The team is supportive and wants you to grow. They want coachable individuals trying to break into tech sales.
