First step was call with the hiring manager, followed by a call with the HR department, and another call with a team member. Only got until the team member phase

Entrevista
When I first researched Verkada and was invited to interview, I was really excited about the company and role. Unfortunately, my interest dwindled as the process drew on to where I would probably would have turned down an offer regardless of compensation.
The recruiter I talked to was very nice, but I quickly realized much of the firm has been in the office since January 2021, despite a global pandemic and what appear to be remote-friendly jobs. 2 additional recruiters then emailed me regarding next steps which was a bit confusing.
My second interview was with the hiring manager, but it was rescheduled less than 30 minutes before my interview twice. The hiring manager unfortunately did not seem to believe some of my experiences and caught me off guard with a case question, when my recruiter had said the call was just to discuss my resume and the role. He still, however, seemed like a smart, nice guy.
In summary, interviewing with Verkada was good practice, but the process and rescheduling definitely raised red flags. Their products seem great, but the communication and execution of their recruiting process needs work. Reviews from current/former employees (especially sales) are pretty discouraging as well.
