I posted resume on the site, then I was responded by their HR, then I was given a coding assignment. Then I did an online code review with the CTO, and I got to onsite. There is one database design, system design, and some simple coding challenges and questions. Lastly is extending functions on previous coding project.
I would say the database and system design part caught me off guard, I was not informed that these things will be asked. It would be better if they mention about it before onsite.
Conclusion, this startup company is making a lot of money now and have a clear long term goal. Go there if you want to work very hard an get rich.
The 1-hour coding interview is straightforward. One SWE gave a system design question and asked you to code, run, and debug at CodeSignal. The interviewer was happy to give some hints and helped with debugging. There were several follow-up questions about optimization.

They contacted me through Hired to set up an initial phone call with the recruiter. After that call they gave me a take home assignment. I completed the assignment and was then outright rejected with no feedback.
If somebody takes the time to complete an assignment, after already passing the initial phone screen you could, at the very least, provide detailed feedback explaining where they fell short.
