Applied online was contacted by email by HR to call and set up interview. Phone interview was done an hour later basically just verifying information regarding recent employers. Was scheduled to take a computerized assessment the next day. I passed and was scheduled for another phone interview the next day. Asked behavioral questions and am now waiting on a call back to see when I will be having a face to face interview at the call center.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
