Very rigorous interview process. HR is driving it to be 100% behavioral-based. Questions have been standardized for each job title. Recruiters are overloaded and very slow to respond. So are the HR Business Partners.

I was asked four separate times if EVRYTHING on my application was truthful. And then they came back and compared what I told them with what was on my application and what the background check showed, even for very minor discrepancies. Not unusual to have to provide a W2.

I applied to a role in the Basking Ridge office and was contacted 5 days after applying. The first round with the HR recruiter went well with basic questions and 1 behavioral question. The recruiter let me know it would take at least 5-10 business days to get back to me with feedback no matter what. It’s been 15 business days and I’ve heard nothing. The recruiter should not have said they’ll get back to me no matter what.
