Multiple interviews, asking questions about troubleshooting, and working on complex situations walk thru. Also, how to deal with tough situations working with upset clients. Make sure to be ready for how tos with problem solving, and clear solution how tos.
The interview was pretty simple. A lot of basic customer service questions, and a mock customer situation. You are interviewed by a supervisor in the dept you'll be working for
