Process was quick and easy. I applied on 11/7 had a phone screen on 11/15 was told immediately I passed. Was scheduled for my assessment on 11/17 the assessment was easy a combination of logic and common sense. Once the assessment was over I was scheduled for another phone interview on 11/19 once again was told immediately I passed and was scheduled for a face to face on 11/20. Once my face to face was over I was told I would be hearing something within 5 business days on 11/26 I received a phone call with a job offer.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
