Entrevista
The process involved four parts. First you sent in a resume and filled out some basic information. Then they contacted you to do a "video interview" where you type answers to questions in text boxes. If you advance farther, you participate in a phone interview. Then the final interview is in New Jersey where you will go for the super day with the rest of the candidates. You have two individual interviews and one group interview. Overall, the process takes about a month.

All behavioral. Asked a lot about what you did for this, how did you overcome that, etc. Nothing technical. Low pressure and both people interviewing me were super nice. Happened over zoom within a week of recruiter reaching out to me.

Applied via Verizon career website. From here, they sent me an email about a week after submitting my application asking me to take an exam that consisted of behavioral-type questions and a cognitive exam essentially. Then, received a call about a week or two later telling me I got selected for an interview and had two 45-minute interviews.

The whole process Took about 2 full weeks. I cut them at the end of recruiting. I applied online through a campus event I was sent an assessment and then a phone screening and then I had a super day which was two back to back 30 minute meetings.
