First you must apply online, then I would suggest handing in your resume to the store you wish to work at. Management can take up to a year to get back to you. Then they schedule your first interview, if you do well, you get to have a second interview. Then after that is you human resources interview and drug test. Pass all and you are hired.

I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
