The initial communication and ongoing ones were very professional and detailed. The hiring organization moved rather slow in scheduling next steps and gave the perception that balancing priorities in business was a challenge. There was an initial phone screening and multile in-person interviews with the hiring organization, matrix groups. The employees were intelligent and skilled. There was your typical number of ego driven personalities. The culture was very agressive and supportive of an individuals growth and advancement. As with all companies, it had its inner circles, but it was evident that advancement was based on pushing the bar forward in the marketplace. The company is very open to balancing work and family and working remotely. The competitive nature of the company's culture was evident with some people very vocal on moving forward at the expense of others. However, that is also the culture of American companies. All and all, it was a very positive experience. Advise to others is to prepare in depth for all interviews and highly network yourself with existing contacts and quickly develop new contacts. Continue to be professional, agressive, intelligent and aggressive.

Please describe a time when a strategic alliance opened up new markets for organic growth amongst an existing product portfolio?
A full day of interviews. I met individually with three leaders on the team or associated teams and two panel interviews with people in similar positions. One panel consisted of the team I was joining the other panel consisted of individuals for teams I would work with outside the immediate working group.

Overall it went ok. The y had a consultancy firm help with process. It took several steps to schedule interview with hiring manager. The overall interview was very standard with standard questions and more about connecting with the person and having a good experience besides the information shared in the resume. It was a good experience. It took fairly no time to receive an answer afterwards and receive an official offer. Onboarding process was another thing. It took a screening call, and 2 interviews in person to receive an offer, not bad at all. More old school process, which worked out good in this case.

I was called the day before at 10 am for an interview at 9 am. The interview lasted 1 hour and 10 minutes, however after 2 weeks I haven't heard anything.
