The recruiter reached out via phone, first round was phone screening. Then second was code challenge, third was technical interview. Communication was only on phone and rarely on email, which was inefficient as it's hard to keep track of everything on call only and no one has time to do three calls for asking recruitment process status. Code challenge was very basic crud operation with angular, a college student can prepare it and did not seem how a senior would be evaluated on basis of that. In technical interview, team asked to review solution, which was never communicated by the recruiter. The interviewers were constantly interrupting answers which was unprofessional. Interviewers were not interested in the approach and just need a machine which can code not a human who can weigh pros and cons of multiple solutions. They did not seem to have capacity to think in terms of multiple solutions. Please don't waste time with this company. Position offered was severely underpaid and I continued just to have some learning. And the learning was that big company does not mean professionalism.
