First was a brief phone interview. Next I got a tour of the office and met some of the management. I was questioned 3 separate times by different hiring managers / recruiters during the first visit. Later I had a follow up visit for the final interview with my current boss. During any interview at this company, you'll get to shadow a worker shortly and get an idea of the day to day tasks. Also, be sure to be well read up on logistical terms related to transportation such as LTL, TL, Freight, Flatbed, Dryvan, etc.
