HR department contact to organize the interview, then they called me and ask some question related to the position available and my experience in this area, then then advised that I passed the interview, and they organized my second interview, it was very smooth and easy, I felt very comfortable, then HR contacted me to share the news that I got the job and they send me the offer and documents to be sign, the process has been very easy and smooth.

This company is so unprofessional. They do nothing but get you excited for the opportunity and waste your time. I initially applied through an employee referral on 7/18/22 and didn’t hear from a HR Recruiter until 8/2/22. The role I first applied for was “Renewals Sales Representative”. During my first interview on 8/9/22, the managers kept saying they didn’t know if I was ready for that position and if I’d be interested in the “Sales Support Specialist” position. I really wanted to work for Veritas so I said yes, even though I was disappointed they felt as if I wasn’t prepared enough for what I really wanted. During my second interview, the managers and other employees said I would be a great fit for the role. After that interview on 08/12, I did not hear ANYTHING from HR about the status of my application….until today 09/19/22. Just to email me saying that they are moving forward after wasting all of my time and getting me excited about the opportunity. If you plan on wasting people’s time do not say you are hiring. It shouldn’t take you over a month to decide on a candidate. You all should be ashamed of yourself.
