Stages: Screening with hiring manager (30 minutes), then final stage panel style interviews with team members/stakeholders 1 on 1 (4 x 45 minutes each). The process was relatively fast; I heard back one day after applying and had the first interview the next week. I heard back the next week to schedule the final stage interviews for the following week. I got through 3 out of the 4 final stage interviews on a Thursday and Friday, and then I get an email Monday night saying the hiring manager extended an offer to someone else she interviewed "some time ago" and my last interview was cancelled. They completely wasted my time as I did not even receive full consideration. It seemed like a great role and great place to work but that was unacceptable.
