I interviewed with 3 people, all on the same panel. One was the general manager, one was a process engineer, and one was a pharmaceutical scientist. This was about a 30 minute interview conducted over Zoom

They asked me to describe my accomplishments and research experience. They asked about lab safety and general lab culture
There was one phone interview screening with basic questions and one more in depth video interview with the hiring manager and another person. The process was not too long, pretty standard.
