Consists of a phone screen and 2 on-site interviews. Very standard process that lasted about 2 weeks. Phone screen lasted about 15-20 minutes. 1st on-site was with direct manager, billing manager, and HR representative. 2nd on-site was with the director and CCO.

Reached the last round of interview and really had a great time and learned a lot about the position as well as interesting facts about the company which is not available online when I was doing my research. Last person I spoke with gave me a timeline when to expect update from them about the next step. Expected pay rate was even discussed and my estimated time to start but surprisingly I did not get a response after I sent a thank you note and follow-up email. Trying to figure out what went wrong. This is the first time I experienced being ghosted 😁. There might be other candidate that were more qualified than me but if given another chance I will choose Veracyte because I believe in the company’s mission and vision and want to be part of that.
