I sent my CV and they invited me interview, No phone interview. The SQL Server Group Manager, saw that I didn't have a lot of experience at SQL so he tried to convince me to 'join' to SQL course that he is teaching. This course is not for free (cost thousands of Shekels). I was so angry and upset and felt so humiliated.
