Weird process. Talent acquisition contacted me with a super hyped up note (probably AI), and I replied the same day with no response. I then emailed a 2nd time. Never heard from them again. Very unprofessional.

They asked me how flexible I would be and how I would deal with ambiguity.
First step is screening of cv and screening interview with HR. Afterwards two interviews. First one is with your future boss, if positive next one is with management level above
