I received an email inviting me to interview, scheduled for three days later. The interview started as they almost always do: tell me about yourself. Then the interviewer started asking personal questions such as do you have a car? can you buy a car? I found it very inappropriate but I still wanted to hear more so I answered I just sold it and was looking for a new one. The response was ok, can you call me back when you buy a car... Because I was interested in the role I asked her to please tell me a bit more about the role. She responded "I can't tell you more if you don't have a car" My suggestion, don't even apply, if these are the relevant things they are interested in their candidates above else, the company is clearly not worth it.

Three rounds of interviews beginning with HR then onto Sales Manager and Director of Sales. Questions were straight forward and primarily focused on aligning with company culture and sales experience.
