Several long informal office visits, a couple of phone calls, a few face-to-face "interviews" with brokers and partners which were very conversational and more questions about myself than anything. The process can be beset described as very social and laid back. I did not go through a "head hunter" but I am told that many other hires have come from a staffing agency.
