The interview process was very easy. I applied for the position of Leasing Consultant when it became available and the following week I was contacted via email by Mr. Eastin Isaac as a means to setup a Skype interview. It was quite the experience as I am used to interviewing over the phone first then in person. Mr. Isaac was very professional and really made me feel at ease. The questions he had asked were not too difficult to answer. I am looking forward to the next phases in the interview process

First interview on the phone was smooth. Interviewer was asking me questions that were personable and we had a great talk. The second interview at the apartment I applied for, the lady didn’t come prepared nor seemed genuinely interested in me at all. She expressed how tired she was from working. The first question of hers was “do you have any questions for me?” Like isn’t that question supposed to be asked at the end. She pulls out a paper with generic interview questions. I just knew she wasn’t going to hire me. Anyways, 4/10 experience.
