The human resources process is being handled in a rather unprofessional manner. Despite completing the case study assigned after the second interview and submitting it via email, I have not received any feedback regarding either the case result or the recruitment process. It seems that the company, which constantly presents itself as highly professional, has unfortunately turned this attitude into part of its HR culture.
